1. Initiation of Student enrollment from 2nd year onwards for training and placements.
2. Training and Placement department train the enrolled students in the following aspects:
- Facing Interviews.
- Facing Group Discussions.
- Professional Resume Writing.
- Cracking Aptitude Exams.
- Skill Development Sessions & Programs.
- Preparing Mock Exercises.
- Recruitment and Placement Sessions.
- Arranging Seminars and Technical talks.
- Basic Grammar
- Improving the communication abilities of students and technical knowledge of student.
- 150 hours of common training on Aptitude, English Reasoning, Programming concepts form II B.Tech – Isem onwards.
- 160 hours of Full Stack Java programming.
- 160 hours of Full Stack Python program for Civil and Mechanical Students
- CoE Training Programmes like WIPRO, HEXAWARE, EPAM, VIRTUSA is scheduled during III year II semester.
3. The practice sessions are conducted regularly through on-line portals like Co-Cubes, AMCAT(SHL), Hireme, etc.
4. The motive behind these training sessions is to improve the individuals in the following area:
- Self esteem
- Communication abilities
- Technical Skills (Coding Skills)
- Workplace behavior/ Team Work
- Curriculum Vitae and Interview skills
5. Training and Placement department contact the companies about 6 months ahead of the placement schedule (Placement Season starts in the month of September).
