At the Annamcharya University we firmly believe in nurturing educators. The core philosophy of the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is to train management educators who can impart as well as create high-quality knowledge. We aspire to provide our FDP participants a transformative experience by exposing them to cutting-edge pedagogical and research tools, and encouraging them to grow as individuals beyond the classroom – essentially converting their time at the institute into a journey of self-discovery wherein they learn to draw on synergies between teaching and research.
