2.7 Students Grievances
In our department, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for addressing student grievances related to academic matters. Should this not resolve the issue, you can formally submit a grievance to the Department Chair or designated Academic Coordinator. The formal process involves detailing your concern in writing, providing relevant evidence, and specifying the resolution you seek. The department will review and investigate the grievance in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality throughout the process.
