Student Councelling
Student counseling programs aim to assist students reach their full academic and personal potential while also encouraging general well-being. These services offer help in a variety of ways, including individual therapy, group sessions, and workshops. Individual therapy involves tailored, one-on-one sessions in a safe and confidential setting, allowing students to address specific difficulties and work toward personal goals. Group sessions provide students with the benefits of peer interaction and collective support, allowing them to confront common difficulties and acquire insights from shared experiences.
Role and Responsibilities of the Counselling Cell:
- Keep all student information confidential
- Follow ethical guidelines and treat students with respect.
- Make counseling services accessible and available.
- Create a welcoming environment for all students.
- Handle emergencies and crises effectively.
- Offer workshops to help with personal and academic skills.
- Keep accurate and secure records of sessions.
- Collect feedback and improve services based on it.
- Stay updated with current counseling practices.
