The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Annamacharya University organized a guest lecture on “Strategies for Modern VLSI Design” on 24th August 2024. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Lavuluri Bhanu Prakash, an accomplished ASIC Design Senior Engineer from Synopsys India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. During the session, Mr. Bhanu Prakash shared his extensive expertise in VLSI design, focusing on advanced techniques and methodologies in digital systems and integrated circuits. He addressed key topics such as challenges in scalability, power optimization, and the evolving landscape of VLSI technologies. The lecture provided invaluable insights into the latest trends in the field and their practical applications in the electronics industry, enriching the students’ knowledge and understanding of this dynamic field.

The event was graced by the presence of the college principal, Dr. S.M.V.
