Students Grievances
In our department, we are dedicated to maintaining a fair and transparent process for addressing student grievances related to academic issues. If you face problems such as grading disputes, unfair treatment, or concerns about academic misconduct, we recommend that you first attempt to resolve these issues informally with the faculty member involved. If this approach does not resolve the matter, you may then formally submit a grievance to the Department Chair or the designated Academic Coordinator. The formal grievance process requires you to submit a written description of your concern, include any relevant evidence, and specify the resolution you are seeking. The department will review and investigate the grievance promptly while ensuring confidentiality throughout the process. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to appeal the decision. Academic advising and counseling services are also available to support you throughout this process. For more information and contact details, please refer to our department’s grievance policy.
