The Student Grievances Cell of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at Annamacharya University is dedicated to addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that students may encounter during their academic journey. The cell ensures a supportive and fair environment where students can voice their grievances and receive appropriate resolutions.
Preamble:
The Student Grievances Cell is established to provide a systematic and transparent mechanism for students to express their concerns. This cell ensures that grievances are addressed promptly and equitably, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the department.
Objectives:
- To create a platform for students to raise their concerns without fear.
- To ensure fair and unbiased resolutions to student grievances.
- To promote a healthy and conducive environment for academic and personal growth.
Functions:
- Receive and review grievances submitted by students.
- Investigate and analyse the issues raised.
- Facilitate communication between students and relevant authorities to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all resolutions are in line with university policies and guidelines.
