Vision
To ensure quality culture as a major task for Annamacharya University through institutionalizing and internalizing all the quality initiatives taken with its core and peer members support in academic and administrative operations.
Mission
- To develop benchmarks and encourage departments to establish a student learning-centric environment
- To Develop procedures and mechanisms for quality enhancement
- Implementing and monitoring academic and administrative programs
- To Channelize and systematize the efforts towards academic excellence
- To Develop an institutional data base and documentation of activities leading to quality improvement
Quality Policy
To build a Quality Enhancement system that will continuously review and improve the quality of the institution’s teaching-learning, research, and extension activities, resulting in improvements in all processes and allowing the institution to achieve academic excellence.
Strategies
Shall evolve mechanisms and procedures for:
- Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks
- The Relevance and quality of academic and research programmes
- Equitable access to and affordability of academic programmes for various sections of society
- Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning
- The credibility of assessment and evaluation process
- Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and proper allocation of support structure and services
- Research sharing and networking with other institutions in India and abroad
