Yoga and Meditation Classes for Holistic Personality Development of Students at Annamacharya University
As emphasized by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, it is crucial to cultivate a holistic personality among students. This comprehensiveness includes physical health, emotional stability, intellectual capability, and good behavior. Developing a student’s personality in all areas enables them to acquire the strength to face life’s challenges effectively.
Inspired by these thoughts, a group of experts from academia and industry recently visited Annamacharya University. This program was organized to teach life skills to students through ancient Indian yoga and meditation practices. These lessons help students become more peaceful, focused, and self-disciplined.
