Students Grievances
In our department, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for addressing student grievances related to academic matters. If you encounter issues such as grading disputes, unfair treatment, or academic misconduct, we encourage you to first discuss your concerns informally with the faculty member involved. Should this not resolve the issue, you can formally submit a grievance to the Department Chair or designated Academic Coordinator. The formal process involves detailing your concern in writing, providing relevant evidence, and specifying the resolution you seek. The department will review and investigate the grievance in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality throughout the process. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to appeal the decision. For additional support, academic advising and counseling services are available to assist you during this process. For further information and contact details, please refer to our department’s grievance policy.
