The Four-Year B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI&DS) at Annamacharya University, Rajampet (formerly Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Rajampet) started in 2020. Initially, intake was 60 students, now the intake has been increased to 180 students.
