Event Name: 7th International Conference on Data Science, Machine Learning and Applications (ICDSMLA–2025)

Annamacharya University, Rajampet, successfully hosted the 7th International Conference on Data Science, Machine Learning and Applications (ICDSMLA–2025), organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The conference brought together academicians, researchers, industry experts, and students from India and abroad to discuss recent advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and related technologies. Distinguished keynote speakers included Dr. Hushairi Zen, Dean of I-CATS University College, Malaysia, and Dr. Nasser Al Harrasi, Head of the Department of Business Administration, University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Muscat, Oman.

A total of 298 research papers were submitted to the conference, out of which 66 papers were shortlisted after a rigorous peer-review process and selected for presentation. Technical sessions covered a wide range of contemporary topics, including Data Science and Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning Algorithms and Applications, Deep Learning and Computer Vision, IoT and Smart Systems, Wireless Communications, Generative AI for Language Processing, and Blockchain Applications. Researchers and scholars presented their findings and exchanged innovative ideas during the conference. Selected papers will be published through Springer, providing international visibility to the research contributions.

The inaugural session was presided over by Dr. E. Sai Baba Reddy, Vice-Chancellor of Annamacharya University. Dr. N. Mallikarjuna Rao, Registrar, appreciated the efforts of the organizing team and emphasized the importance of research-driven innovation. The conference was effectively coordinated by Dr. J. Chinna Babu, Head of the ECE Department, along with the conference coordinators and organizing committee. ICDSMLA–2025 served as a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, international collaboration, and technological advancement, further strengthening Annamacharya University’s reputation as a center for research, innovation, and academic excellence.
