Event Name: Felicitation of Young Author Sudarshini Tatrakallu for Her Book “Letters to Myself”

Annamacharya University, Rajampet, felicitated Ms. Sudarshini Tatrakallu, a young author and second-year B.Tech student, in recognition of her literary achievement and the growing popularity of her book “Letters to Myself.” The felicitation ceremony was organized on 18 December 2025 under the guidance of Dr. M. Subba Rao, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. E. Sai Baba Reddy. The university appreciated her remarkable accomplishment as a young writer and expressed pride in nurturing literary talent alongside academic excellence.

During the event, the dignitaries highlighted that it was a matter of great pride for Annamacharya University, named after the legendary poet Annamacharya, to witness the emergence of another young literary voice from its student community. They encouraged Sudarshini to continue her literary journey and achieve greater milestones in the future. Her debut book, “Letters to Myself,” reflects the thoughts, emotions, uncertainties, and aspirations commonly experienced by students and young individuals. The book aims to provide clarity, motivation, and self-confidence to readers navigating challenges in their personal and academic lives.

The book has received positive appreciation from readers and has gained recognition both nationally and internationally. It is available through major platforms, including Barnes & Noble in New York, as well as through Amazon India and Flipkart. The book was also showcased at the 38th Hyderabad Book Fair held from 19 to 29 December 2025.
