Examination Policy
The examinations policy is created to organize the many procedures related to examinations throughout the academic year. The main purpose of Examination Policy of a University is:
- to ensure the planning and management of examinations is conducted efficiently and in the best interest of students.
- to ensure the operation of an efficient exam system with clear guidelines for all relevant staff.

- Retaining answer papers after the examinations and evaluation
- Formation of results committee
- Announcement of results
- Recounting / revaluation / challenge valuation procedure
- Conduct of supplementary examinations
- Decisions on malpractice Issues and any other relevant / related issues that may arise in due course.
- Conducting improvement examination
- Issuing Grade sheets, Provisional and Degree certificates
- Issuing transcripts
- Improvement of examination
- Providing a scribe when a student is unable to write the examination based on medical reasons
