Dr. M. Uma Maheswar is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 18 years of exemplary experience in teaching Mathematics. Currently serving as Assistant Professor and Officer In-Charge of UG Sciences at Annamacharya University, Rajampet, he is recognized for his unwavering commitment to educational excellence and scholarly advancement.

Dr. Uma Maheswar earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, with a specialization in Fluid Dynamics. His groundbreaking doctoral research focused on Convective heat and mass transfer of conducting fluids over an infinite porous plate, making significant contributions to the evolving field of nanofluid dynamics and its real-world applications.

He commenced his academic journey as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at SSN Engineering College, Ongole. Since then, his scholarly pursuits have led to the publication of 35 research papers in esteemed international journals. He has also actively participated in over 10 national and international conferences and workshops, reflecting his commitment to continual learning and academic dissemination. At present, he is supervising a Ph.D. scholar, showcasing his dedication to nurturing the next generation of researchers.

Beyond the classroom, Dr. Uma Maheswar plays a pivotal role in institutional development. Since 2017, he has served as the NBA Coordinator for the Department of Humanities and Sciences, significantly contributing to quality assurance and academic benchmarking. As a proactive member of the Board of Studies and the academic coordinator, he is instrumental in curriculum development and policy formulation. His strategic involvement in accreditation processes has elevated academic standards within the department.
