The Department of Business Administration, Annamacharya University, Rajampet, successfully organized an Alumni–Student Interaction Session titled “Building Bridges: From Campus Learning to Corporate Leadership.” The program featured Mr. S. Mujeeb Basha, HR Specialist at Amazon, Hyderabad, as the guest speaker. The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations by providing students with practical insights into professional careers and leadership development.

During his interaction, Mr. Mujeeb Basha discussed career opportunities and challenges in the corporate sector, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, teamwork, leadership qualities, communication skills, and continuous learning. He provided valuable guidance on interview preparation, resume building, candidate evaluation from an HR perspective, and strategies for career growth in multinational companies. The speaker also highlighted the significance of training and development programs, performance appraisal systems, workplace ethics, and adapting to rapidly changing technologies. Through practical examples and real-world experiences, he inspired students to develop industry-relevant skills and prepare themselves for successful corporate careers.
