Annamacharya University, Rajampet, organized a special programme titled “The Power Within – Inspiring Young Women for Greater Goals” under the Women Empowerment Cell on 26 July 2025. Ms. K.S. Keerthi Reddy, IRS Officer, addressed the students, emphasizing that discipline, determination, self-confidence, and dedication are the keys to achieving success and encouraging young women to recognize their inner potential. Dr. E. Sai Baba Reddy, Vice-Chancellor, highlighted the importance of such initiatives in developing leadership qualities among students, while Prof. Swarnalatha, Principal, College of Pharmacy, stressed the role of education and discipline in empowering women. The programme was attended by Dr. D.J. Samatha Naidu, Principal, PG College, Dr. V. Mouniswari, In-charge, Women Empowerment Cell, heads of departments, faculty members, and women students, making the event a meaningful step toward empowering future women leaders.
